  Rarely do I rate anything 5 stars but the experience of dealing with Theo has been first class. Not only has he fixed an issue with my macbook that has had me beaten for months but he has improved the performance of it more than I thought possible for a machine 8 years old. He has taken the time to explain in depth where I was going wrong and given me more information and time than he needed to. Obviously someone that has a passion for what he does and it shows. LIFE SAVERS. I’m the clumsy sort and dropped my MacBook Laptop down a staircase, needless to say it wouldn’t even turn on. I contacted Mac Genie in the desperate hope of getting it so I could turn it on to recover my work (yes I know I didn’t back up) and when it came back not only would it turn on, it had been physically repaired also. Great communication and service, would definitely recommend.

  I 100% recommend Theo !! he is professional at anything he does, he’s that sort of bloke.... go big or go home.... I had a problem with a Facebook Wi-fi network at my shop, he came out and sorted it. I’m very grateful to him. I know a little bit but he’s my go to man for anything technical.   I had a problem with my moble phone with the microphone not working so took it to Mac Genie where the problem was sorted very quickly indeed. The service provided was way beyond what you expect these days, highly recomended.

  I called in a panic when my MacBook Air malfunctioned and I couldn’t access anything. Theo was so kind and helpful and managed to recover all my irreplaceable photos and video clips of my children when they were little. Such a great service I can’t recommend them enough.

  Brilliant speedy service. I contacted Mac genie computers yesterday about a new battery for my iphone. I got an instant reply with a quote and advised they could fit a new battery the next day within 30mins while I waited. Apple wanted to charge me £650.00 to replace my logic board after i spilled coffee on my Macbook Pro, Mac Genie repaired my original logic board and it only cost me £255.00. Had my laptop back in 4 days, thank you guys you saved me a lot of money.
