  Brilliant speedy service. I contacted Mac genie computers yesterday about a new battery for my iphone. I got an instant reply with a quote and advised they could fit a new battery the next day within 30mins while I waited. Today I called In had a super cup of Yorkshire tea and within 20mins my battery was fitted. Job done! I would highly recommend their services. Thanks Theo and cindy for your great service.

  Theo is a very knowledgable and fair computer technician. I say fair because if he can’t fix your device there is no charge even if the problem is out of his hands, as mine was. If you have any issue with your device, Mac Genie is your first stop.

  I called in a panic when my MacBook Air malfunctioned and I couldn’t access anything. Theo was so kind and helpful and managed to recover all my irreplaceable photos and video clips of my children when they were little. Such a great service I can’t recommend them enough.

  I would highly recommend Mac Genie Computers. A very efficient service. He diagnosed an Xbox problem and gave sound advice regarding the cost effectiveness of repair against replacement. He also repaired an IPad at a very fair price. Will definitely use again. 5 stars ⭐️

  Theo at Mac Genie was a fantastic help from start to finish, Mac Genie fixed my iPhone 6s and MacBook Pro with a quick turn around. I was very satisfied with the service and Theo's knowledge and expertise was incredibly helpful as I was able to make a good decision to get the right parts at an affordable price for my budget. I can't thank Theo enough for his hard work and staying late on a Friday night so that I could get back to work straight away. I did not expect this and I was very happy and surprised to get a message saying it was ready on the Saturday morning.
