  I called in a panic when my MacBook Air malfunctioned and I couldn’t access anything. Theo was so kind and helpful and managed to recover all my irreplaceable photos and video clips of my children when they were little. Such a great service I can’t recommend them enough.

Rang up, Theo answered my call Nd from then on it was simple. Clear concise information. He even came and picked it up as I have been in self isolation.   MacBook battery swollen and distorting the chassis. Battery replaced, dust removed and chassis re-aligned (no charge for the chassis work). All done in good time and good advice received about battery usage.
