  Would highly recommend Mac Genie, took in an Iphone7 with a very badly smashed screen and a battery that needed charging constantly.   I called in a panic when my MacBook Air malfunctioned and I couldn’t access anything. Theo was so kind and helpful and managed to recover all my irreplaceable photos and video clips of my children when they were little. Such a great service I can’t recommend them enough.

  Rarely do I rate anything 5 stars but the experience of dealing with Theo has been first class. Not only has he fixed an issue with my macbook that has had me beaten for months but he has improved the performance of it more than I thought possible for a machine 8 years old.
