They certainly did BUT Theo who runs MacGenie told me it may be a problem with the phone not the battery and encouraged me to contact the retailer rather than pay him to fit a battery because it was within 12 month warranty.
I did so and 5 days later my phone was returned with a brand new battery on warranty - No charge
Theo could have just sold me a battery but he is a professional with years of experience and puts the customer first.
If you haven’t used MacGenie before and need an IT hardware or software issue looking at I strongly recommend you call Theo first !
Fantastic service and I now know where to go.

11 October, 2019 I took my boyfriends phone in after he had smashed the camera, Theo was amazing. after a little mishap he rang to tell me what had happened and very kindly paid the extra money on top of what was quoted! cant reccomend enough, will definately use him again.

Incredible!! The most convenient service that could possibly be provided, they really did everything up and beyond expectation to help me out and get my iMac back up and running as good as new, I would highly reccomend these to anyone! I had a problem with a Facebook Wi-fi network at my shop, he came out and sorted it. I’m very grateful to him. I know a little bit but he’s my go to man for anything technical.
