They certainly did BUT Theo who runs MacGenie told me it may be a problem with the phone not the battery and encouraged me to contact the retailer rather than pay him to fit a battery because it was within 12 month warranty.
I did so and 5 days later my phone was returned with a brand new battery on warranty - No charge
Theo could have just sold me a battery but he is a professional with years of experience and puts the customer first.
If you haven’t used MacGenie before and need an IT hardware or software issue looking at I strongly recommend you call Theo first !
Fantastic service and I now know where to go.

17 January, 2020 I took my boyfriends phone in after he had smashed the camera, Theo was amazing. after a little mishap he rang to tell me what had happened and very kindly paid the extra money on top of what was quoted! cant reccomend enough, will definately use him again.

3 April, 2017 I would highly recommend Mac Genie Computers. A very efficient service. He diagnosed an Xbox problem and gave sound advice regarding the cost effectiveness of repair against replacement.
He also repaired an IPad at a very fair price.

I had a problem with a Facebook Wi-fi network at my shop, he came out and sorted it. I’m very grateful to him. I know a little bit but he’s my go to man for anything technical. 11 October, 2019LIFE SAVERS. I’m the clumsy sort and dropped my MacBook Laptop down a staircase, needless to say it wouldn’t even turn on. I contacted Mac Genie in the desperate hope of getting it so I could turn it on to recover my work (yes I know I didn’t back up) and when it came back not only would it turn on, it had been physically repaired also. Great communication and service, would definitely recommend.
