First time I’ve used Mac Genie and what great service he provided. My son put his bank card in his PS4 while inserting a disc (they had stuck together)🤦‍♀️ Sorted it and did a service on it. Will definitely use again 👍🏼

Rang up, Theo answered my call Nd from then on it was simple. Clear concise information. He even came and picked it up as I have been in self isolation.   Would highly recommend Mac Genie, took in an Iphone7 with a very badly smashed screen and a battery that needed charging constantly.   Brilliant speedy service. I contacted Mac genie computers yesterday about a new battery for my iphone. I got an instant reply with a quote and advised they could fit a new battery the next day within 30mins while I waited. LIFE SAVERS. I’m the clumsy sort and dropped my MacBook Laptop down a staircase, needless to say it wouldn’t even turn on. I contacted Mac Genie in the desperate hope of getting it so I could turn it on to recover my work (yes I know I didn’t back up) and when it came back not only would it turn on, it had been physically repaired also. Great communication and service, would definitely recommend.
