They certainly did BUT Theo who runs MacGenie told me it may be a problem with the phone not the battery and encouraged me to contact the retailer rather than pay him to fit a battery because it was within 12 month warranty.
I did so and 5 days later my phone was returned with a brand new battery on warranty - No charge
Theo could have just sold me a battery but he is a professional with years of experience and puts the customer first.
If you haven’t used MacGenie before and need an IT hardware or software issue looking at I strongly recommend you call Theo first !
Fantastic service and I now know where to go.

28 May, 2020 I would highly recommend Mac Genie Computers. A very efficient service. He diagnosed an Xbox problem and gave sound advice regarding the cost effectiveness of repair against replacement.
He also repaired an IPad at a very fair price.
Will definitely use again.

19 January, 2019 I 100% recommend Theo !! he is professional at anything he does, he’s that sort of bloke.... go big or go home.... I had a problem with a Facebook Wi-fi network at my shop, he came out and sorted it. I’m very grateful to him. I know a little bit but he’s my go to man for anything technical. Definitely the best in his field in the area 👍👍

27 March, 2020 Theo at Mac Genie was a fantastic help from start to finish, Mac Genie fixed my iPhone 6s and MacBook Pro with a quick turn around. I was very satisfied with the service and Theo's knowledge and expertise was incredibly helpful as I was able to make a good decision to get the right parts at an affordable price for my budget. I can't thank Theo enough for his hard work and staying late on a Friday night so that I could get back to work straight away. I did not expect this and I was very happy and surprised to get a message saying it was ready on the Saturday morning.
