10 October, 2019LIFE SAVERS. I’m the clumsy sort and dropped my MacBook Laptop down a staircase, needless to say it wouldn’t even turn on. I contacted Mac Genie in the desperate hope of getting it so I could turn it on to recover my work (yes I know I didn’t back up) and when it came back not only would it turn on, it had been physically repaired also. Great communication and service, would definitely recommend.

28 January, 2021 Brilliant speedy service. I contacted Mac genie computers yesterday about a new battery for my iphone. I got an instant reply with a quote and advised they could fit a new battery the next day within 30mins while I waited.
Today I called In had a super cup of Yorkshire tea and within 20mins my battery was fitted. Job done!
I would highly recommend their services.
