  I 100% recommend Theo !! he is professional at anything he does, he’s that sort of bloke.... go big or go home.... I had a problem with a Facebook Wi-fi network at my shop, he came out and sorted it. I’m very grateful to him. I know a little bit but he’s my go to man for anything technical. LIFE SAVERS. I’m the clumsy sort and dropped my MacBook Laptop down a staircase, needless to say it wouldn’t even turn on. I contacted Mac Genie in the desperate hope of getting it so I could turn it on to recover my work (yes I know I didn’t back up) and when it came back not only would it turn on, it had been physically repaired also. Great communication and service, would definitely recommend.

  I called in a panic when my MacBook Air malfunctioned and I couldn’t access anything. Theo was so kind and helpful and managed to recover all my irreplaceable photos and video clips of my children when they were little. Such a great service I can’t recommend them enough.

  Theo is hugely knowledgable and super helpful, problem with MacBook Pro screen (even with the complication of a logic board issue) was diagnosed swiftly and fixed. Theo was also very upfront on price and options .... would highly recommend

  First time I’ve used Mac Genie and what great service he provided. My son put his bank card in his PS4 while inserting a disc (they had stuck together)🤦‍♀️ Sorted it and did a service on it. Will definitely use again 👍🏼
