  I dropped my iPad last week and smashed the screen. Panicked then remembered the add I saw on Boroughbridge Chatter. Found it and the phone number. Rang up, Theo answered my call Nd from then on it was simple. Clear concise information. He even came and picked it up as I have been in self isolation.   First time I’ve used Mac Genie and what great service he provided. My son put his bank card in his PS4 while inserting a disc (they had stuck together)🤦‍♀️ Sorted it and did a service on it. Will definitely use again 👍🏼

  I had a problem with my moble phone with the microphone not working so took it to Mac Genie where the problem was sorted very quickly indeed. The service provided was way beyond what you expect these days, highly recomended.

LIFE SAVERS. I’m the clumsy sort and dropped my MacBook Laptop down a staircase, needless to say it wouldn’t even turn on. I contacted Mac Genie in the desperate hope of getting it so I could turn it on to recover my work (yes I know I didn’t back up) and when it came back not only would it turn on, it had been physically repaired also. Great communication and service, would definitely recommend.

  Rarely do I rate anything 5 stars but the experience of dealing with Theo has been first class. Not only has he fixed an issue with my macbook that has had me beaten for months but he has improved the performance of it more than I thought possible for a machine 8 years old.
