  MacBook battery swollen and distorting the chassis. Battery replaced, dust removed and chassis re-aligned (no charge for the chassis work). All done in good time and good advice received about battery usage.

  I dropped my iPad last week and smashed the screen. Panicked then remembered the add I saw on Boroughbridge Chatter. Found it and the phone number. Rang up, Theo answered my call Nd from then on it was simple. Clear concise information. He even came and picked it up as I have been in self isolation. LIFE SAVERS. I’m the clumsy sort and dropped my MacBook Laptop down a staircase, needless to say it wouldn’t even turn on. I contacted Mac Genie in the desperate hope of getting it so I could turn it on to recover my work (yes I know I didn’t back up) and when it came back not only would it turn on, it had been physically repaired also. Great communication and service, would definitely recommend.

Apple wanted to charge me £650.00 to replace my logic board after i spilled coffee on my Macbook Pro, Mac Genie repaired my original logic board and it only cost me £255.00. Had my laptop back in 4 days, thank you guys you saved me a lot of money.

  Brilliant speedy service. I contacted Mac genie computers yesterday about a new battery for my iphone. I got an instant reply with a quote and advised they could fit a new battery the next day within 30mins while I waited.
