  I had a problem with my moble phone with the microphone not working so took it to Mac Genie where the problem was sorted very quickly indeed. The service provided was way beyond what you expect these days, highly recomended.

  I called in a panic when my MacBook Air malfunctioned and I couldn’t access anything. Theo was so kind and helpful and managed to recover all my irreplaceable photos and video clips of my children when they were little. Such a great service I can’t recommend them enough.

  Rarely do I rate anything 5 stars but the experience of dealing with Theo has been first class. Not only has he fixed an issue with my macbook that has had me beaten for months but he has improved the performance of it more than I thought possible for a machine 8 years old.   First time I’ve used Mac Genie and what great service he provided. My son put his bank card in his PS4 while inserting a disc (they had stuck together)🤦‍♀️ Sorted it and did a service on it. Will definitely use again 👍🏼
