Not only has he fixed an issue with my macbook that has had me beaten for months but he has improved the performance of it more than I thought possible for a machine 8 years old.   I called in a panic when my MacBook Air malfunctioned and I couldn’t access anything. Theo was so kind and helpful and managed to recover all my irreplaceable photos and video clips of my children when they were little. Such a great service I can’t recommend them enough.

  MacBook battery swollen and distorting the chassis. Battery replaced, dust removed and chassis re-aligned (no charge for the chassis work). All done in good time and good advice received about battery usage.

LIFE SAVERS. I’m the clumsy sort and dropped my MacBook Laptop down a staircase, needless to say it wouldn’t even turn on. I contacted Mac Genie in the desperate hope of getting it so I could turn it on to recover my work (yes I know I didn’t back up) and when it came back not only would it turn on, it had been physically repaired also. Great communication and service, would definitely recommend.

  Theo is a very knowledgable and fair computer technician. I say fair because if he can’t fix your device there is no charge even if the problem is out of his hands, as mine was. If you have any issue with your device, Mac Genie is your first stop.
