23 April, 2020 Rarely do I rate anything 5 stars but the experience of dealing with Theo has been first class. Not only has he fixed an issue with my macbook that has had me beaten for months but he has improved the performance of it more than I thought possible for a machine 8 years old.
He has taken the time to explain in depth where I was going wrong and given me more information and time than he needed to. Obviously someone that has a passion for what he does and it shows. Thank you.

16 September, 2020 I had a problem with my Macbook Pro that had previously been looked at by another company un-successfully I found Theo on Google "Mac repairs near me" Theo is living and working in Kirby Hill. He sorted out my problem within one hour being a Mac trained technician,

Rang up, Theo answered my call Nd from then on it was simple. Clear concise information. He even came and picked it up as I have been in self isolation.
