  I 100% recommend Theo !! he is professional at anything he does, he’s that sort of bloke.... go big or go home....   I called in a panic when my MacBook Air malfunctioned and I couldn’t access anything. Theo was so kind and helpful and managed to recover all my irreplaceable photos and video clips of my children when they were little. Such a great service I can’t recommend them enough.

Rang up, Theo answered my call Nd from then on it was simple. Clear concise information. He even came and picked it up as I have been in self isolation.   Brilliant speedy service. I contacted Mac genie computers yesterday about a new battery for my iphone. I got an instant reply with a quote and advised they could fit a new battery the next day within 30mins while I waited. Today I called In had a super cup of Yorkshire tea and within 20mins my battery was fitted. Job done! I would highly recommend their services. Thanks Theo and cindy for your great service.
