I got an instant reply with a quote and advised they could fit a new battery the next day within 30mins while I waited.   MacBook battery swollen and distorting the chassis. Battery replaced, dust removed and chassis re-aligned (no charge for the chassis work). All done in good time and good advice received about battery usage.

  Theo is a very knowledgable and fair computer technician. I say fair because if he can’t fix your device there is no charge even if the problem is out of his hands, as mine was. If you have any issue with your device, Mac Genie is your first stop.
