Theo is a very knowledgable and fair computer technician. I say fair because if he can’t fix your device there is no charge even if the problem is out of his hands, as mine was. If you have any issue with your device, Mac Genie is your first stop.

Not only has he fixed an issue with my macbook that has had me beaten for months but he has improved the performance of it more than I thought possible for a machine 8 years old. I got an instant reply with a quote and advised they could fit a new battery the next day within 30mins while I waited. Apple wanted to charge me £650.00 to replace my logic board after i spilled coffee on my Macbook Pro, Mac Genie repaired my original logic board and it only cost me £255.00. Had my laptop back in 4 days, thank you guys you saved me a lot of money.
