15 November, 2021 Rarely do I rate anything 5 stars but the experience of dealing with Theo has been first class. Not only has he fixed an issue with my macbook that has had me beaten for months but he has improved the performance of it more than I thought possible for a machine 8 years old.

7 August, 2020 I dropped my iPad last week and smashed the screen. Panicked then remembered the add I saw on Boroughbridge Chatter. Found it and the phone number. Rang up, Theo answered my call Nd from then on it was simple. Clear concise information. He even came and picked it up as I have been in self isolation. Then today Sunday😳 Theo rang me to see if it was convenient to bring my iPad back as it was fixed. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
