The most convenient service that could possibly be provided, they really did everything up and beyond expectation to help me out and get my iMac back up and running as good as new, I would highly reccomend these to anyone!   First time I’ve used Mac Genie and what great service he provided. My son put his bank card in his PS4 while inserting a disc (they had stuck together)🤦‍♀️ Sorted it and did a service on it. Will definitely use again 👍🏼

LIFE SAVERS. I’m the clumsy sort and dropped my MacBook Laptop down a staircase, needless to say it wouldn’t even turn on. I contacted Mac Genie in the desperate hope of getting it so I could turn it on to recover my work (yes I know I didn’t back up) and when it came back not only would it turn on, it had been physically repaired also. Great communication and service, would definitely recommend.

  Rarely do I rate anything 5 stars but the experience of dealing with Theo has been first class. Not only has he fixed an issue with my macbook that has had me beaten for months but he has improved the performance of it more than I thought possible for a machine 8 years old.   MacBook battery swollen and distorting the chassis. Battery replaced, dust removed and chassis re-aligned (no charge for the chassis work). All done in good time and good advice received about battery usage.
