The most convenient service that could possibly be provided, they really did everything up and beyond expectation to help me out and get my iMac back up and running as good as new, I would highly reccomend these to anyone! Not only has he fixed an issue with my macbook that has had me beaten for months but he has improved the performance of it more than I thought possible for a machine 8 years old.   Would highly recommend Mac Genie, took in an Iphone7 with a very badly smashed screen and a battery that needed charging constantly.
